Originally, this house was just four bare walls in the middle of the Provencal countryside, but they were found by a couple enchanted by the beautiful setting. Two years - and a mountain of patience - later, the Bergerie sits proudly facing the Dentelles de Montmirail, and the olive trees of Beaumes de Venise. A great holiday for the lucky people who pick this house with its comfortable and beautiful interior decoration.

Indoor space :
The light and airy ground floor has several welcoming and comfortable reception rooms. The kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, Lacanche cooking bench (2 ovens, plancha and 5 gas cookers), American refrigerator, microwave oven, small wine cellar (Euro-cellar). A large central work area includes a breakfast bar with stools for 4; The dining room is close to the kitchen: a large wooden table is placed under a typical Provençal ceiling (dining suite by Flamant); Cosy living room in the same room as the dining area with chocolate-coloured club sofa and armchairs covered in mocha raw silk, offering warmth and soft comfort; The first bedroom is hidden at the back of the house, with a queen-sized bed, desk, Internet access (WIFI) and en suite shower room (shower, double basin and separate toilet). Direct access to the swimming-pool and garden via the terrace.
Upper level with three bedrooms: The second bedroom has a beautiful south-facing view with a queen-sized bed, Internet access (WIFI) and shower room (shower, double basin and separate toilet); The third bedroom contains two queen-sized beds, one of which is placed on the mezzanine: decorated in white from floor to ceiling, it has an en suite bathroom with bath, Italian shower, double basin and separate toilet and Internet access (WIFI); The fourth bedroom is equipped with three single beds, an en suite shower room, separate toilet, and a desk. There is also a television with DVD reader.
NB : This house has air-conditioning in all rooms The house's outdoor area is very pleasant thanks to the decoration and its fabulous situation. You can enjoy the magnificent view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and grounds that are protected on both the north and the south sides. A small terrace (20 sq.m.) facing south, with a welcoming summer garden; The main terrace (30 sq.m.) beside the kitchen and overlooking the swimming-pool, with a garden table and chairs for meals shaded by lovely trees; The large swimming-pool (16.5 m x 4.5m) is protected by a iron fence and can be heated; The pool house contains a Moroccan-style seating area, together with a small summer kitchen shower and toilet; A barbecue, pétanque ground and cellar with washing-machine, dryer and large refrigerator are also available.
