Near but just outside the village of Le Barroux, it is close to other occupied houses but these are far enough away to be invisible and inaudible. The property covers 10 hectares of wooded hills and vineyards and has a landscaped garden that offers absolute tranquillity and a stunning view of the Dentelles and the perched village of Suzette 3.5 km away.
The house is divided into four areas:
Living rooms - Hall with cloakroom;
- Kitchen (25 sq.m.) equipped with refrigerator, large freezer, 4 electric induction hot plates and a large multifunctional oven and all the equipment you could want;
- Cellar;
- Covered terrace from the kitchen to the garden, equipped with a large outdoor living area and a Weber gas barbecue;
- Dining room (20 sq.m.) with table and chairs for 10;
- Lounge (35 sq.m.) with a long sofa, a two-seater sofa and audio-visual equipment;
- Separate toilet with basin;
- TV room.
Ground floor bedrooms - Three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, cupboards, small desk and en suite shower room (with basin and toilet). Access from the lounge via a corridor and from the outside of the house via a separate entrance;
- All the rooms have access to the terrace and to the garden through large French windows.
First floor, master bedroom - A large bedroom with cupboards and a queen-size bed, opening onto an en suite bathroom (corner bath, shower and double basins);
- Study with library;
- Toilet with handbasin.
The vineyard level, also opening onto the grounds - Large bedroom with 2 twin beds, sofa, cupboards, table and two chairs with en suite shower room (with basin and toilet), opening onto the vineyard and the garden via a bay window;
- Laundry with sink, washing machine, ironing board, opening onto the yard with outdoor washing lines.
In addition, the house has: - A terraced swimming pool (15x6m), with outdoor shower and pool house containing kitchen, indoor shower and toilet;
- 10 chaises longues and parasols around the pool;
- Shaded space for two cars;
- An arbour and small outdoor seating area "in the woods".
