• The main door opens onto a living area that faces the garden and its terraces, the perfect place for conversations and games;
• The kitchen has that old-fashioned feel of a place where all the family comes together for meals: large table, hot plates, refrigerator;
• The television room at the back of the house has a comfortable sofa and audio-visual equipment;
• The laundry and cellar are also in this part of the house;
• The first bedroom is on the left of the main door: it has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with two hand basins, shower and toilet.

First floor:

• Here we find a study, a quiet area for reading or working (if you really can't find anything else to do!);
• Bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom (shower, bath and double hand basin);
• Bedroom with queen-sized bed and private bathroom (bath and double basin);
• Two other double bedrooms and private bathroom.

Outdoor space:

• The garden has two separate fenced areas;
• The first contains a terrace under a pergola ;
• Tables and chairs for 10 and a barbecue ;
• The swimming pool (9x4m) is in the second garden: it's an ideal place for sunbathing.
