Indoor space

Ground floor:

• Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with integrated mini wine bar, electric hot plates, oven, dishwasher, etc.) with table and 6 chairs;
• A cellar next to the kitchen contains a washing machine and dryer;
• The light and airy dining room opens onto the garden and covered terrace via two arched French windows. It is decorated with modern (Ghost chairs) and family furnishings for a warm welcome;
• The lounge continues this warm and light atmosphere with two pure white sofas that offset the linen-coloured walls. With an audio-visual system and fireplace, you are sure of enjoying comfortable and relaxed evenings;
• Toilet.

First floor:

• The house has 3 spacious bedrooms decorated in light and restful tones, where all the windows are fitted with fly screens to ensure peaceful nights;
• Here you will find one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, another with a double bed and a twin bedroom;
• The main bedroom is equipped with television and Internet access;
• There is a large bathroom on the same floor. It has a shower, bath and double basins;
• 1 toilet.

Outdoor space

• The property covers 6000 sq.m. and is fenced for your safety;
• Close to the front door, there is parking space for two cars and a barbecue area;
• A small outbuilding on the west side is available during your stay.  There is a pretty bar decorated with warm colours , a shower room and closet, and a shaded terrace facing the swimming pool (with table and chairs for 6);
• The swimming pool is designed to resemble an antique pool. It is covered with grey concrete and its fountain looks as if it has been there for ever!
• Chaises longues and parasols are available next to the pool;
• On the west side of the house, there is a very large covered terrace with exposed beams for meals. A large iron table is installed here to take advantage of the very lovely view over the garden and pool.
