This old house is ideally located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Alpilles: Maussane. You will much appreciate its cool, calm garden, close to the village squares and terraces.

Let’s visit this calm and tranquil house Ground Floor

•  You enter through the vast entry hall filled with light. 
•  A first living room invites you to relax with its sofa, audio-visual equipment, library and desk where there is Internet access; 
• The second living room opens onto the garden, a lovely place for comfortable conversations or a good book. Two soft sofas are placed either side of the fireplace, while the sunlight pours in through the French windows; 
• Next, there is a large room housing both kitchen and dining-room, a convivial area with access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and equipment you would expect: table, preparation area, and antique dresser creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

First floor

• The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, small desk under the window and wardrobe;
• A large ‘family’ suite with twin beds (which can become a double bed) in one room and a single bed in the other;
• A very airy third bedroom with double bed, hanging wardrobe and small desk;
• A large and comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (bath and basin);
• There are two other bathrooms: one with shower and double basins and the other with bath and double basins.

Outdoors

• The house has a very beautiful garden, with a swimming pool, a well-designed dining area under a plane tree, and a more rustic corner for relaxing;
• A majestic plane tree outside the kitchen offers cool shade for meals during the hot summer days (table and chairs for 8-10 persons);
• A few steps down into the refreshing swimming pool (6x3m), which can be heated between May and September;
• Sun-chairs are scattered around the garden, letting you choose between sun and shade, depending on your mood!

• Garden and pool maintenance; 
• House cleaning (4 hours per week);
• Cleaning on departure obligatory (€120);
