In a small village with dry stone walls in the heart of the Luberon, there is a very welcoming house that reflects the personality and tastes of its owner. No-one would know that, once past the front door, there’s a little corner of paradise just waiting for you. A tiny patch of countryside in the midst of a village. Come and visit the Mas BB!
The first surprise is the house’s stone walls and behind these, there is a courtyard and garden just made for those who are looking for farniente:
• A swimming pool (6x12 m) beautifully designed for a large garden, together with deck chairs and pool beds;
• A huge outdoor living space near the pool containing a summer kitchen and comfortable seating area, flower pots and sculptures chosen with care and collected during the owner’s many foreign travel contributing to a relaxed and inviting area;
• The rest of the garden and the courtyard have many nooks for reading and comfy cushions for relaxed conversations.
The house maintains this atmosphere with lots of colour and warmth:
• Filled with light from the garden, the first living room is decorated with lots of bric-à-brac: furniture found in antique markets, deep canapé, and a large library, all contributing to this calm atmosphere;
• The kitchen contains a magnificent cooking area with, of course, everything you need for preparing excellent meals (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a dining area on the other side of the room;
• A pretty study located between the kitchen and the second living room;
• Linking the living and sleeping areas, the main living room is more spacious, with two large sofas placed under the wide staircase going up to the bedrooms.
The Mas BB has been designed to accommodate up to 8 persons with 4 bedrooms, each with en suite shower room.
• The first bedroom alone is as big as the main living room: it has a large double bed and an en suite ‘zen’ bathroom;
• The three other bedrooms are on the garden side of the house and equipped with double beds and private bathrooms;
• A fully-equipped massage room completes the visit to this charming house. You can use the massage room during your stay: what more could you want for a really relaxing stay?
