• Two fully equipped kitchens with hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, both having table and chairs for 10;
• Two lounges equipped with audio-video and satellite television, sofas, armchairs, table and other furniture, the lounge faces east and has a fireplace;
• Two laundries each with washing machine and drier.

First floor:

• 5 double bedrooms;
• 1 queen-size bedroom;
• 1 twin bedroom;
• 1 single bedroom;
• 6 bathrooms near bedrooms with Italian shower and basin;
• 2 separate bathrooms with Italian shower and basin;
• 9 toilets (7 in bathrooms, 2 separate).

Outdoor space

• Delightful garden (2,000 sq.m.), full of trees and flowers;
• Swimming pool (5x10m) east of the house protected by a cast-iron fence;
• A sloping roof near the swimming pool provides shade for ten deckchairs and chaises longues;
• Summer lounge with sofa and two very comfortable armchairs;
• Another shaded area to the west with garden furniture and attractive fountain;
• Under a trellis, table and chairs for 10 are at your disposal together with a charcoal barbecue.
