Ground Floor:

• A big tv lounge, and reading area, with fireplace three large sofas, and 2 armchairs
• Dining room, with an opening onto the covered terrace, furnished with a large wooden table and 10 chairs.

• A first room (stone and wooden ceiling) with two single beds. An en suite shower room with toilet.

First Floor:

• A second room (view of the garden and swimming pool), with a double bed (140 cm). The private shower room of this bedroom is downstairs  (shower and toilet)
• A master room (view of the garden and swimming pool) with a king size bed (180 cm), an en suite bathroom (bath and toilet) and a large dressing room.

Third floor:

• A fourth bedroom, with a double bed (160 cm), and a little lounge with sofa and armchairs. Its private shower room is on the floor and toilet too.
• A fifth bedroom, with a double bed (160 cm), a little lounge and an en suite bathroom with toilet.

Outdoor space

• The Mas Lou has a garden covered more than 2 hectares full of pines, cypress and olive trees...
• A first shaded terrace, in front of the kitchen, is placed to the south of the house and is protected from the sun by natural shade. A table and chairs are available for your meals.
• A covered terrace is located on the East side of the house. You'll find a welcoming seating area, an outside kitchen (fridge and bar), and a barbecue place.
• The pool area is exceptional. In the middle of the landscape, you'll appreciate the view during your swim (15x5,5m).
• The swimming pool can be heated from May to September.
