Indoor space

Ground floor

• A large fully-equipped kitchen welcomes you for meals around a large farmhouse table. You have everything for your comfort: 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, freezer, oven, micro-wave oven;
• A large living area containing a dining room and a lounge. The typical restored Provencal ceilings are set off by the lovely furniture and decoration;
• The dining area has a table and chairs for a large number of guests;
• The lounge area is set around the impressive stone fireplace, with comfortable sofas.  A custom-made cupboard houses the audio-visual equipment;
• Near the kitchen is a second very cosy television room.

First floor

• All the bedrooms have television;
• From the small lounge, there is access to a first bedroom. Equipped with a queen-size bed, it has a beautiful view of the garden and an en suite bathroom (bath, basin and toilet);
• Taking the staircase in the hall, you will find 4 bedrooms;
• A family-sized bedroom with a queen-size bed in one part and twin beds in the other;
• A large bathroom for this suite with an Italian shower and twin basins;
• A fourth bedroom with twin beds thrown together, and an en suite bathroom (shower, bath, and double basins);
• The fifth bedroom in this part of the house is a master bedroom suite offering a magnificent view over the garden and swimming pool. It has a large double bed and open bathroom, with old-fashioned bath, shower, toilet and double basin.

Outdoor space

• The property has a garden covering 5,000 sq.m. as part of a 2 hectare park;
• The swimming pool is very large (12x6m) and equipped with a NF alarm. It has a heating system and a jacuzzi for relaxing;
• Deckchairs and mattresses are available around the pool;
• A pool house contains a gas barbecue;
• At the end of the garden, there is the guesthouse which has a shaded terrace, a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette;
• In front of the house, you can take meals around a large teak table under the vines.

• Additional cleaning is charged extra;
• Baby sitter, cook and other services on request.
