Located in Meynes in the Gard, this house will enchant family and friends wishing to share their holidays. It is ideally situated only a few metres from the centre of the village, so it's just a short walk to collect your daily baguette.
Together with its excellent location, Le Palmier has a large living area (more than 300 sq.m.) giving young and old plenty of space to enjoy themselves without disturbing anyone.

Ground floor: A very large functional kitchen with plenty of light. You will find everything you need for your comfort: oven, micro-wave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, central cooking area with hotplates. A table and 6 chairs complete the furnishings. The dining room links the kitchen to the lounge. It has a large table and chairs for 8. A first lounge facing the garden, with sofas and coffee table. A second lounge with fireplace, television and video equipment. All the windows slide into the walls when open, giving a very agreeable sense of space. A large laundry with washing machine and spacious cupboard. Cellar with extra shower. A very large bedroom (dormitory) with 4 small beds (ideal for children). A bathroom with toilet.
First floor: Outdoor space The house has a magnificent garden covering more than 5000 sq.m., planted with pines, olive trees, a palm tree and other Mediterranean plants; The pool area was designed with tranquillity and security in mind. It is enclosed by a fence and there is also an alarm; A large part of the pool area is covered, making this an agreeably shaded space on a hot day. Enjoy cool drinks on the comfortable bench. A summer kitchen is also available, it is equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and a barbecue; A garden table and chairs are set out on the terrace, which is protected from the sun by a broad awning.
